First Use

  1. Unbox. Locate the anti-counterfeit code on the retail box, verify it at the Suonon portal.
  2. Remove the silicone seal from the mouthpiece.
  3. Take three short priming puffs. Don't take a deep pull on a cold coil.
  4. Top off the USB-C cell if the LED comes up yellow — devices ship roughly 70% charged.
  5. Resume normal MTL (mouth-to-lung) draw. 2–3 second pulls work best.

Charging

Common Issues
