Help Center

Quick answers for setup, daily use, and troubleshooting the Suonon Donete 50K. For order-specific questions, see contact us. For full step-by-step usage, see the instructions guide.

First Use

  1. Unbox. Locate the anti-counterfeit code on the retail box, verify it at the Suonon portal.
  2. Remove the silicone seal from the mouthpiece.
  3. Take three short priming puffs. Don't take a deep pull on a cold coil.
  4. Top off the USB-C cell if the LED comes up yellow — devices ship roughly 70% charged.
  5. Resume normal MTL (mouth-to-lung) draw. 2–3 second pulls work best.

Charging

  • USB-C input (cable not included; any standard USB-C lead works).
  • 5V/1A wall adapter — phone chargers, laptop, power bank all compatible.
  • Full empty-to-full cycle takes ~45–60 minutes.
  • LED stays green when fully charged — disconnect within 30 minutes.

LED Indicators

  • Solid red — charging, cell below 30%.
  • Solid yellow — charging, 30–80%.
  • Solid green — fully charged.
  • Flashing red — low battery, charge soon (still vapes for ~30 more puffs).

Common Issues

Faint vapor / weak flavor. Charge to full first. If the issue persists with a full cell and a partially full reservoir, the coil may be starved — hold the device upright for 30 seconds and try a slow priming puff. If it still won't deliver vapor, contact us within the 30-day warranty window.

Burnt taste. Usually means you took a deep pull on a cold coil. Take 5–10 short puffs to clear the burnt note. If the burnt taste persists past 20+ puffs, the device may be defective.

Faint cooling on supposedly menthol flavors. Menthol intensity is set at the factory — there's no user-adjustable ICE control. If a flavor reads warmer than you expected, try Miami Mint or Blue Razz Ice for the strongest menthol profile in the lineup.

Leaking. Store the device upright at room temperature. Avoid leaving it in a hot car or freezer. Light condensation in the mouthpiece is normal; juice pooling at the base is not — contact us if that occurs within 14 days of delivery.

End of Life

The Donete 50K reaches end of life when the reservoir runs dry (burnt taste on every puff) or the rechargeable cell stops accepting charge (rare). The cell is not removable. Dispose at a battery recycling center, not in household trash.
